As an executive, your role is exhilarating, rewarding and, often, overwhelmingly demanding. You are guiding people, steering strategy, navigating board pressures and planning the future of your organisation in a constantly changing environment - all while balancing the competing priorities of your personal life. It should not surprise us that even the most capable leaders can feel stuck, overwhelmed, or in need of support.
My clients are CEOs, Founders, and startup Executives typically in their first or second leadership roles, at startup and innovative growth businesses ranging from 10-500 people. As a coach and thinking partner who knows the growing pains and pressures of scaling a business, I help clients to build confidence and competence, strengthening your mindset while sharpening your skills to deliver results where it matters most. Your initial goals for coaching often change as we create clarity on what is important, ensuring we focus on the right areas. We will work to make tangible progress on immediate issues while addressing deeper, more complex change where required.

Our sessions are not a space to vent or complain, they are a space for the hard work of change which when committed to generates a high return - if you’re only interested in one part of that equation or that sounds too hard-nosed, we may not be the best fit.
Next steps: In an intro call we can discuss your goals for coaching and how we might work together, and I can answer any questions you have about the process. If we proceed, I typically meet coaching clients for a 90-minute session every three weeks. Based on your needs, I usually recommend six sessions to achieve your goals.
