HR Advisory
As well as my coaching practice, I also work as an adviser to investors, chairs and management teams in PE and VC backed businesses, both independently and through my work with Catalysis Advisory. Rather than the administrative or procedural aspects of the HR agenda, I focus on team and organisational strategy - understanding the abilities of organisations and senior teams, what is standing in the way of growth plans being achieved and pragmatic solutions to addressing these.
Below are examples of recent work I’ve completed with clients:
Organisation and leadership team reviews ahead of investment deals, with reports and recommendations submitted to both investors and management teams with a focus on post-deal team and organisation strategy and planning.
Facilitating workshops with leadership teams to explore options for a range of organisational issues and opportunities, typically related to growth strategy.
Mentoring HR leaders preparing to step into the executive team, including reviewing and advising on HR strategy.
Acting as an ‘on call’ senior business partner to Founders, CEO’s and COO’s to discuss a variety of leadership team and organisational issues.
Providing interim direction and support to an HR function whilst a CPO was recruited.
